✅ You will learn technique, a small and fun combination, and ways to keep the happy going in your body!

✅ Want to watch the class again after it's done? The replay will be up for one week after the live class.

The recording will be up after the live class for one week.

You can still sign up for the class above and will be notified when the recording comes out. Easy peasy!
